Here’s what the recipe looks like to me, correct me if I’m wrong - Caramelize 2 onions in about 2 tbs of butter. Then add two tbs more butter along with 1 tbs chili crisp oil, 1 tbs minced garlic, 2 tbs soy sauce, about 2 tbs of honey, and 2 cups of heavy cream. For the seasoning, it looks like 1 tbs oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder along with 1 tsp salt and pepper. Then, add what looks like a cup of Parmesan cheese. Then, add cooked noodles, garnish with more chili crisp oil and parsley
