Being a woman has so many twists and turns. Motherhood will literally flip you inside out and it makes you feel so powerful and unstoppable. But once that chapter is over you literally don’t know who you are. Feeling down and hopeless because you don’t know a life without your children is extremely lonely. I see this with my mom of 6. She’s having the hardest time accepting her new reality but I’m here to help her and I see some progress! Thank you for sharing this!

As I left physical therapy and was rushing home, then asked myself why? So I stopped. Grabbed my lunch and just came to sit by the water….now just scrolling and smiling….meeting myself❤️💕

I’ve been on a 3 year journey, and found out I am not the social butterfly I “pretended” to be, I did it because it was EXPECTED for holidays, family dinners, birthday parties, work socials, networking, neighbors, etc. I actually prefer to be alone, it is my happy place.

My oldest just turned 19. Letting her live her life is so freeing and terrifying. I still have a high schooler at home but she’s out 90% of the time. I’m also newly divorced. It’s so crazy to choose what I want to do with my time.
