@author.km_hofman: My EDS specialized PCP has me use daily miralax now (1/2 to a full dose depending on how I’m feeling), and my poop usually comes out like soft serve ice cream, which she says is what is supposed to be happening. For everyone having medical anxiety from hearing this; if this doesn’t happen regularly the most likely reason is hemorrhoids, get your mirror out to take a look down there before you panic. And yes, hemorrhoids are very common.

I can’t physically consume more fiber or liquids on a daily basis and I’m always stopped up 😳 I didn’t know it could mean something is wrong, like a diagnosis, I thought I was just weird.

Same. Today I noticed at one moment my vision, like my picture i saw was pulsing in the rythm of my heart. I told my husband who was like you need a doctor and i was just like nah, just one more of the eds tricks my body pulls.
