24 Oras (2026) Logo Remake WIP 1 | Nygel The Remaker #24oras #gmanews #logoremake #b3d Finally! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 The long-awaited 24 Oras remake I (and you guys) been waiting for the first time since the Amoroso era. This logo remake consists of complex curves and meshes, including my brand new GMA Network Center model. (Currently, I do not offer a free download of the Center's model due to the fears over ownership and quality problems, since I worked hard for two weeks to complete it as a scale model.) When I first saw the new 24 Oras logo on Discord through my friends on the ⁨@FanmadeArchives⁩ Discord server, I was surprised. The "24" is now more geometric and the "ORAS" text was changed again, therefore: 2004-2014 - Eurostile 2014-2023 - Microgramma 2023-2026 - Bebas Neue 2026- - Barlow Semi Condensed. And the iconic clock elements were brought back, but sadly, not all of these. (That would've included the use of the tandem gold and red colors associated with the newscast's peak years from 2008-2014, but in the 2014 update, only red was retained, becoming 24 Oras' permanent, primary color, for years to come.). SOME QUIRKS/BUGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED: - The red arc shapes in 0:05 had an animation error where on both sides they abruptly switch positions slightly. - On the 0:08 mark, one of the clock ticks overlap with the "S" in "ORAS", forming a dot on its bottom. I'm working on an update to fix this error. - The news anchor footages around the GMA Network Center model (in order, Mel Tiangco, VIcky Morales, and Emil Sumangil) do not appear as they are currently not yet remade. I'm working on it as well. - Translucent timecode text objects around both scenes (in Gill Sans) also do not appear. I might have to resort to Geometry Nodes to make them work. - Decent lighting but poorly done (never or do not bully me for this). I will redo it to match the original in the finalized release. Music used: 24 Oras new theme music (2026). Source/credit: from a Facebook video from GMA News themselves detailing the headlines for the very first day of the newscast's rebrand. Also, credit to Blue (BlueWave5) for the Philippine map image. (Please don't mistake the red map (which later turns into gray/grey in the video) on a white background below the GMA News logo on the 0:00 mark for something sensitive, since 24 Oras uses red as the primary color for their branding.) Download link to the model: Not available due to logo kids destroying them. I can send the link to the model to my trusted friends only. Software used: Blender 3.5.1 (for rendering the remakes) PUBLIC DOWNLOAD LINK TO THE MODEL: Not available Reason: Some logo kids are destroying logo remakes, but if you choose not to provide a public download link to your remake, then it will just make it harder for logo kids to find and destroy these logo models. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- (C) 2026 GMA Network, Inc.
