If some1, or some entity for example the fed govt, didnt sell anything for example if the fed govt didnt sell pencils, how could they “buy back” some pencils that they didnt sell in the first place. Or let me say it like this, if you bought a set of car tires from a Tire Shop….could u return the set of tires to the Pool Supply Shop for a refund…when the Pool Supply Shop only sells Pool products n equipment? In other words, lets say you bought 1 too many frozen turkeys for Thanksgiving…could you return the extra turkey to the local Frozen Yogurt Shop? What im trying to say is if little Sally sold lemonade at her lemonade stand could you bring Sally an Aquarium full of fish for a refund?
