Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Cut the cabbage into thick wedges, keeping the core intact. 3. Roast the cabbage wedges for 15 minutes until slightly tender. 4. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 5. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant. 6. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. 7. Stir in the shrimp, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking just until the shrimp turn pink. 8. Spoon the shrimp and sausage mixture over each roasted cabbage wedge. 9.
