I completely understand I had to leave hampden county and moved to the Berkshires because the apartment I rent got sold 4 times within the 9 years I lived there rent continued to go up from 1000 to 1400 when the last owner purchased I left my county that I dearly loved and had a community in to another county I absolutely had no one in 😭

its not just a tenant problem either, homeowners are getting priced out of their mortgages and losing their homes to the bank. its for the same reason, the govt asks for more and more taxes, insurance rates steadily rise. the landlords are another victim that really should be on our side too. We need legislation that protects us from the real monsters that are making Mass unaffordable,

So unfortunately it's hard for me to explain all of this because it's hard to explain so much like so much that hasn't been solved at all they've been ignoring all the issues has been happening in this apartment and what they're just doing is just if some tenant just gonna leave they're gonna leave and just still get money either way and not repair any issues I've been going on here so that's why they need to maintain where the landlords and especially tenants has been reported and since you guys don't have cameras here somebody who has camera proof of their incidents that causes issues and safety issues especially with neighbors those need to be taken very seriously if they've been living here and people from in the past have reported them and you guys done nothing to do anything that is really bad that's dangerous it's like saying if I had somebody rent a room in for example my apartment and what they do is they cause where they are harassing the person causing issues making threats everything like that or having other people involved now that's where it causes where they need to be evicted immediately but unfortunately a lot of these like a lot of these landlords are just not understanding is that there is so many people out there who need an apartment and do you have the funds for that
