eat lots of bread and protein 3 times a day ans also sleep lots. do alot of abdominal exercise so that d weight doesn't go on your stomach

Weigh yourself every day and keep track. Track your food in an app (scan barcodes of your food etc) and be consistent in how much calories you consume every day for at least one week. Your body has to adapt but you can steadily gain a bit every week if you eat more then you consume (that’s why you weigh yourself). Watch a couple guides on YouTube from different people, don’t follow the first and easiest thing you come across.
