As a hairstylist I just want to say 😳… but no seriously she either over textured (which seems to be what happened from your explanation) or she cut it in 2 sections and after the 1st decided it was too short and did the second longer and prayed to the hair gods you wouldn’t notice lol either way call her and see if she could blend it just a little bit like you said it’ll grow back and luckily we all know bangs seem to grow at the speed of light

MINE DID THE TWO LEVELS TOO. I said “ohh! I don’t like that!” I ended up making her take them all to the shorter length and had the almost micro bang for a while. Also been going to her for 7 years 🫠

Yo I could fix those for you lol. Initial cut while wet (not too short) then dry them with a roller brush and blow dryer. Then trim them and make finishing touches when they’re dry.
