I ordered a can opener a few a years ago and got a $200 gaming monitor. They wouldn’t return it and I feel bad for whoever spent $200 on the monitor and ended up with my can opener. I hope they finally make it right for you.

Walmart website is basically amazon now, always make sure the item you buy is actually sold through Walmart to be able to return it, I've learned this the hard way

Ordered a TV for delivery as it wouldn't fit in car. Day of delivery stood outside waiting for driver and it gets marked delivered without being delivered. Took over a month of back and forth and disputes before a refund was processed

aeropostale sent me the completely wrong item and won't send the thing i want till I return the wrong item but I don't have a packing slip because they didn't send one so no idea of they'll even give my money back. Just do a charge back with your bank

I ordered a $300 Egg Chair along with a small outdoor side table for pickup. They placed the table in my car but when I questioned where my chair was, their like, “Oh….yeah….we don’t have one. Sorry.” Mind you it said it was “In-Stock” online to purchase in store. It took almost 2 weeks for my $300 to hit my account

In May, they renewed my annual Walmart+ membership after I requested to cancel it. Chat agent deactivated my membership and told me the charge would “fall off” but it, in fact, posted to my bank account a couple days later. I had my bank dispute the charge and Walmart said the charge is valid, however my membership has been cancelled and when I call customer service to have it reactivated, they say there was no charge. 😅 Stole $104.86 lol @Walmart thrives!!
