Even if the teeth are bad, does this work? My little girl is 11 and I am petrified to get her teeth done. She’s a mini doc and she only weighs 9 pounds. She never would let us brush her teeth and I’ve been so afraid I’ve tried those powders in the food. I don’t know what to do. I am petrified to get her teeth cleaned. Please help.

I wish it had an ingredient list because I have found sodium benzoate the Carcinogen in dog products so I always check the ingredient list.

It is SO RARE for my dog to tolerate any tooth treatment, including brushing, but he LOVES this and his teeth and breath are great.

I just get normal dental chews and let them go stale and/or freeze them with a little water so they’re tougher to chew and it helps with the removal of plaque and anything else on their teeth 🙃

Lots of dogs need a professional cleaning. Lots don't. These types of products will not work for teeth that are in need of dental care by a vet. I do believe they do work for dogs who don't have extreme plaque build up.

I'm not sorry but dogs teeth do NOT need to be PROFESSIONALLY cleaned unless there is a specific reason. They need teeth hygiene yes but not professional

Just make sure they examine them every so often for fractures otherwise this stick is amazing I also use it and finger brushes.
