Many medical students have confusion about that BP is high still doctor present Normal saline. it does mean that BP is always high when sodium is high there are a lot of reasons due to which BP rises up such as depression anxiety dose missing so checking underlying cause we give normal saline. So clinical decision is always based on overall hemodynamic status not BP alone.
