Set aside. - Pat the salmon fillets dry. - Rub each fillet with roasted garlic oil, then seaso with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil and butter. - Place the salmon in the skillet and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
