Creamy Beef Pasta 👩🏻‍🍳🤍 Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1½ cups dry pasta (penne) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, diced ½ red bell pepper, diced ½ yellow bell pepper, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 chilies, diced ⅓ cup soy sauce 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp jerk seasoning (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped Salt & pepper, to taste 1 cup heavy cream 1½ cups Parmesan cheese (add more if desired) ¼ cup pasta water Instructions: -Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain. -In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until about 90% done. Remove excess grease if needed, then take the beef out of the pan. -In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 3 minutes until softened. -Add garlic and chilies, and sauté for another minute until fragrant. -Return the beef to the pan. Add salt, pepper, curry powder, jerk seasoning, and cilantro. -Sauté for another minute to bring everything together. -Pour in the heavy cream, reserved pasta water, and Parmesan cheese. Stir and let it simmer until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. -Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together. Let it cook for another couple of minutes so everything is well combined. Serve warm and enjoy 🫶🏻 #pasta #beef #cheese #lunch #dinner
