Because pc isnt as important as yall think it. More people have consoles than people have viable pcs. They also dont care about the pc either because its harder to monetize it. Less sales and less revenue from online.

The same thing happened with GTA5 V, it came out on consoles before PC and there was no mention of PC for a while.
