I never got to 50! I started at 20, then stayed at 30 for a while and then eventually 40. Had to come off when I got pregnant!

I switched from 40 to 50 bc the 40 stopped working for me and now being on 50 I’m not feeling that much of a difference. Mind you I was on 30mg adderall for years with no issues and only switched to Vivanse bc of the constant adderall shortage. I want to go back on the adderall
