@zacharyfulbright: 1. Go back to something you used to love and spend thirty minutes doing it again. 2. Put on a song that feels like you and listen to it without doing anything else. 3. Go back to something you used to enjoy and see if any part of it still feels like you. 4. Spend a couple hours somewhere by yourself—coffee shop, park, or a drive—and give your mind room to settle. 5. Write down three things you’ve made it through—and let them count a little more right now. 6. Bring back a goal you stopped thinking about—and see if it still matters to you today. 7. Write down something you want—and notice where you start pulling back. 8. Write down three things you want from your life. 9. Wear something that makes you feel a little more like yourself. 10. Take a long walk without your phone and let your mind begin to clear. 11. Write down one thing you want and say it out loud. 12. Write what matters to you right now—without overthinking it. 13. Put into one sentence the kind of person you want to be—and don’t downplay it. 14. Revisit something you walked away from and decide if it still fits. 15. Look through old photos and save one that reminds you how far you’ve come. 16. Look at a photo from a hard time and recognize what you carried through it. 17. Do one thing today that your younger self would be proud to see. 18. Write down a major accomplishment and list everything it took for you to get there. 19. Send yourself a message with something you need to hear—and read it tomorrow. 20. Write to the version of you that kept going when things were hard. 21. Spend an hour without input—no music, no podcasts—and let your thoughts come through. 22. Go outside at a time you normally wouldn’t—and break your usual rhythm. 23. Take a drive with no destination and follow the road that feels right. 24. Change one thing in your space that doesn’t feel right anymore. 25. Clear one area around you and make it feel a little lighter to be in. 26. Let go of one expectation that doesn’t belong to you anymore. 27. Step back from something that’s been draining you—even if it’s just for now. 28. Move or cancel one thing this week that doesn’t feel right. 29. Do one small thing you’ve been putting off—and let that create a little momentum. 30. End the day by noticing you showed up—and let that be something you’re proud of. If you’d like to get better at hearing yourself — not the noise around you — I can help ✨👇 Comment “Shift” and I’ll send you Chapter One of my book 📘 The 50-Day Shift — a guide to clearer thinking, calmer choices, and better days. 📩 IMPORTANT: TikTok won’t let me message you unless you follow me first.
