@dailymail: A study suggests women may need more sleep than men, with researchers arguing that higher levels of brain activity throughout the day could leave them needing extra time to recover overnight. Research from the Sleep Research Centre at Loughborough University found women may require around 20 minutes more sleep each night than men, while other researchers have suggested women often process information more efficiently and frequently juggle multiple tasks at once. Professor Jim Horne, author of Sleepfaring: A Journey Through The Science of Sleep, said: 'Women tend to multi-task, they do lots at once and are flexible, and so they use more of their actual brain than men do.' #sleep #study #interesting #viral
