its called "malunggay" (ma-lung-gay) in the Philippines. my grandma grinds the fresh leaves, then she uses the extract to disinfect wounds. its quite effective. 😁

We call that malunggay in the Philippines we sometimes mix it in our pandesal, coffee and etc. one of the healthiest vegetables we can easily get her. 🤗
