Do you make it clear to the customer when they are speaking to AI? I feel this would go a long way towards acceptance of upfront you are told you are speaking to an AI agent to help us handle large call volume and a human rep will review your inquiry and get back to you. It’s similar to filling out a contact form on a website to gather information.
