I ordered in May and didn’t get my bag until July. Won’t purchase another for that reason. I had to stalk her social media to get an ounce of an update. She now has some blurb on her site that site that you agree for her take 50/11 days to ship and she’s not going to communicate Nathan smh

As someone that bought 5 bags from her… I think it’s because she’s going to essences fest.. I don’t know if this is the reason.. don’t quote me. But I got bags 3 different shop weeks and got them all on time. But recently, after the essence fest post.. shipping has been lacking. Now, I don’t agree with the TikTok updates. It’s unprofessional. And as a business owner myself it’s so easy to do a blast update email to customers.

I’m happy you got your bags. I agreed on your first video and I still stand by you sentiments and my comments. My ship date was May week 3, finding out about a delay of my denim hunting down videos on TikTok was a total mess. My heritage tote has not updates, I got a label created email on June 10th and still no ship date. That heritage tote was supposed to be my June work tote, my Juneteenth bag, and my travel bag to Black Wallstreet in Tulsa. I am still excited for them both to arrive but I’m not a fan of this chasing process to get updates or to get my stuff shipped.

Listen to me. I ordered mine and when I saw her thing on the website with improper grammar about being patient I saw a red flag already. I’m very big on customer service , I’m someone where I live if you don’t do stuff properly my lawyers get involved. Basic decency is KEY in sales and marketing. If they remotely even think to try that 🫏 with me they will hear it.

I ordered cow print bags for shipping week 3 June… they shipped last week… and I got them… they are nice but I do not like the lack of email communication with delays… she also seems to have no consideration for the feedback her customers are giving. I wish her success but it won’t be with any more of my coins.

I definitely agree, I shouldn’t have to go out and search for communication for something that I gave you money for. I bought my bag at the beginning of April for May week 4. We’re in June week 3 and I just got the notification that they shipped yesterday. I also think that maybe she should think about trying to scale back on the amount of options or the amount allowed to be sold in a presale timeline. They look like AMAZING quality though!
