For those that don’t understand what happened. The neighbor raped and murdered her the boyfriend finds her and tells the neighbor to call the ambulance to which the neighbor never does. He continues to do CPR thinking the ambulance was on its way but the neighbor who was the murderer never called. Yes he was caught and yes he went to prison.
