Preheat oven to 375°F. 6. In large pot heat oil to about 350 degrees & fry sliced in wedge tortillas til golden about 5 min.  7. Once chips are cooled, top with BBQ chicken and pepper jack cheese. Add Jalapeño if you like! 8. Bake 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. 9. While baking, combine avocado, red onion, tomato,lime, salt, and pepper. 10. Once they come out the oven, too nachos with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños, and extra cilantro. 11.
