Middle school boys are wearing athletic clothes with minimal logos and plain colors. Black, white, navy, and athletic gray. Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, Hollister (once they can fit into it). Also, anime/pop culture graphic tees. They leave bright colors in elementary. Hoodies. White Nike socks with Nikes/On Cloud shoes, Cloud slides or Crocs on non-gym days. Sprayground backpacks were in last year.

The lesson I’ve learned….just get a few things for the first week and let the kids come home and tell you what they want and what’s cool. We ended up rebuying so much stuff later on because they wanted to fit in and what they had wasn’t cool or they didn’t want to wear it anymore.

Midwest here boys high school middle and elementary. My highschooler just told me to just go to TJ MAXX lol score! He also only wants his yeezy slides nike socks “sweatpant shorts” plain tees can have a small emblem but nothing loud on the front. I just hit up American Eagle they had all mens tees $7. I teach HS so our boys never wear jeans. Sweats with birks or slides and socks w a hoodie covers 98% of boys when it’s cold. Basketball shorts with a t shirt or t shirt and hoodie when it’s a little warmer. Athletes also wear khaki pants with their sport polo or button downs / quarter zip on GAMEDAY, so if you have a HS athlete that will probably be something you’ll need to get. My 15 yo daughter is also into LuLu Mac, Parke, and almost anything from Altr’d State btw
