I had a guy get pissed off at me because I couldn't find time to go look at a door jam repair. not a replacement all he wanted was the cheapest repair possible. he cussed me out in text messages for about an hour straight. like dude, I didn't have time in the first place then give me attitude so I told him that I was going to just pass on the opportunity and he got so bent out of shape.

Just did that. my quote was 132k the other guy was 107k. they wanted me to come down to 107 because they want the quality I do at the price of the other guy. no thanks. quality costs $
