The real estate commission is paid by the seller, yes, but if there is a shortage of supply (homes), or if the price of the home is low compared to other homes, if you underbid, it’s a guarantee you will not get it. The realtor, 99% will suggest bid that will get you the home, so they get the sales commison. They don’t make you overinflate the bid because getting a sale is very difficult due to over saturation of realtors in the market. So what you are saying is not correct. The new rules on commissions for realtors were put in place due to other factors. You can do an in depth video behind the real reasons.

I noticed the gatorade. They changed the shape of the bottle when they did it. Took me years before I would buy one again, still irritate me.

Tipping at the counter only lowers the quality of appreciation to people who work for the tip, budget salon people do the same work as a barber or high price salon but don't get a % of the cost there part of hospitality so they make less then minimum wage and rely on the tip for there pay, not tipping them is bring the 20$ or less haircut to going away to were the consumer or has the salon that will cost $90😳

No Tip! Always! I'm not paying anyone for their choices. You want money, get a good job like everyone else. I worked fast food, casual dining, service industry, hotels, delivery and rarely ever got a tip. I was young with no skills and took the job because that was the work I was qualified for. I learned that if you want more you have to be more.

I live 10 minutes from Luxcotia 20 years ago my sister worked at lenscrafters and they did eyeglasses and expensive marked up designer glasses. She worked there for 5 years. I used to get free glasses all the time like Oakley's Ray-Bans whatever designer was running on the line at her LensCrafter factory then they went out of Business. next thing you know, Luxxcottia So what he's saying is definitely 100% true because I live 10 minutes from them. I know a lawyer that works there and also other people who do regular jobs labor intensive and I don't know all about this.
