actually i'm really sad about how the live action adapted this scene because they made him look just so useless in it (like he just fall and luffy has to save him) while in the manga and anime he literally save nami and luffy by facrificing himself. It just gave him more use + the self-sacrifice thing that is going on with him and it just gave the scene way more impact. (but the edit and song choice is absolutely peak)
