@4twentyvisual: Cocoa House is one of the most famous landmarks in Ibadan and was the first skyscraper in West Africa. Located in the busy Dugbe commercial district, the 26-storey building rises about 105 meters and was built from proceeds of cocoa exports from the old Western Region of Nigeria. It was completed in 1964 and commissioned in 1965. Originally called “Ile Awon Agbe” (House of Farmers).
