I work in a dementia home and we see all the time where the family just don’t bother. It is so amazing to see so much love, it really melts my heart you are all absolutely amazing☺️☺️

Bang 😂 towards the end my nan didn’t always recognise me but she will always talk about me to me and asked me if I had met me her daughter that I’m so lovely and you will love her I will always say I know her (me) very well🥰
