@zeezee25: chronic illness is a rollercoaster 😭✌🏻 every day is unpredictable, and with my conditions a simple cold can turn into months of worsened symptoms and since getting a virus 2 years ago, everything changed & i developed a post viral condition, meaning I never got “better” from the illness 🥲 those of you with long covid/ME/CFS will probably relate to the feeling of pure FEAR when we get an illness 🫣 (even something as simple as a cold) but thankfully my health is slightly more stable & improving again since recovering from some health issues last year!!! 🥹 physio is helping, lifestyle changes are being put in place, and it’s already making a huge difference my daily symptoms are something that never goes away, but i’m hopeful that i will continue to improve and slowly gain bits of my life back 💛 for those of us with chronic illnesses/weakened immune systems, colds and viruses are no joke!!! one small cold can change our life for months, and cause flare ups, new symptoms, worsened quality of life, and they can even cause chronic conditions in healthy people (that’s how i got here!) 🙈 (disclaimer - this is a trend and the audio is lighthearted/jokey! ^you should never make a permanent decision based on mental illness, emotions or bad situations ❤️ in case you need to hear it, you are worth more than you know!!!) #disabled #disabledcommunity #chronicillness #longcovid #chronicallyill
