Jr has the most deeply involved with the Spider-man title more than his father he deserved that spot. The pose and coloring didn’t help his art style but it wasn’t horrible

JRJR is the definitive modern Spider-Man artist and has worked on the book longer than most of us have been alive making him a natural pick for a milestone issue. Celebrating kicking him off because he doesn’t fit Mora/Jimenez-esque house style that is popular is incredibly weird considering how badly Marvel treats its artists

Nah, this was a shitty move. Even though the posing was wonky, JRJR is arguably one of two of the longest serving living Spider-Man artists. He deserves the cover and the people calling for the cover to be removed were vindictive and it shows my entire problem with comictok.

whats wrong with that cover exactly? Seems like a pretty good cover, its well drawn, great detailing. The only thing that's a bit weird about it is the pose but I think its quite fun, looks like a parade float
