Yeah no, height limits are set by manufacturers according to the restraint to keep your child safely in their seat. I wouldn’t do this or encourage others to do the same as it puts children in danger.

As someone who works in a Theme Park. Height restrictions are set by the manufacturers as this is based on how the restraints work, you put your kids life in danger, you were lucky

If 2cm doesn't change anything why isn't the height limit 2cm shorter? They'd make way more money if they let slightly shorter kids on rides, seems odd not to.

My son was like, a hair of a cm under so I got these. Told him not to mention anything about it. Then the second they checked his height, “I’M JUST WEARING NORMAL SHOES!”

the reason restraints work is because it uses your femur bone to hold you in place if your legs are to short the restraint wouldn't lock the the correct level for there body
