I’m so grateful it ended the way it did with Nakamura still accepting and coming to terms with the fact that he IS in love with Hirose and can’t help it, because it could’ve ended a LOT worse. Plus, Hirose is already comfortable enough to confide in Nakamura and has showcased he is not ready for romance, so it was wise for Nakamura to not jeopardize that and wait to tell Hirose anyway as to not scare him off or put him off

I honestly love the way it ended, Hirose just got dumped and it would honestly be weird for me if Nakamura just suddenly confessed after that 😭 I know Hirose wasn't bothered by it but it would be really rushed. The two of them are starting to get closer and IFFFF ever there is gonna be a season 2, it will be a damn slow burn. I love it.
