I’ve seen some amazing reconstruction with these forehead flaps/grafts on people here on TikTok. Like, seriously, they end up looking amazing. Almost unnoticeable. Plastic surgery has come so far. You are going to recover so well- it’s going to be a long road but it will be okay in the end. Hang in there.

Try an antihistamine for the itching (obviously check with your doctor first!). I’ve had a ton of reconstructive surgery on my ankle/foot and always itch like crazy after. I take Zyrtec after and it helps.

Woooowwwww. That is gnarly and crazy about the itching. I had mohs as well due to squamous on the side of my cheek by my ear. Wear sunscreen all the time. Sending healing thoughts

Been there...done that. Above my eyebrow. Took skin from below my eye (crowsfeet). Long recovery!! But the important thing is I BEAT CANCER! 3 times. Arm & leg.
