I don't keep my banku in the fridge but it can last over a month. and all that she said is true. Plus when you are wrapping it in rubber, make sure there's no water in the rubber.

Exactly , same applies to Rice balls. If you add water whiles stirring it it goes bad the next day. My rice ball lasted 4 days and my colleague thought I added something extra 😅😅. Cooking is calculation
