I’m on week 5, started at .5 and week by week went up and am at 2.5mg now. Haven’t noticed anything. No weight loss or appetite suppression. I’m used to semaglutide where I had no appetite. I work out 4 times a week, diet is clean but def not getting g my protein goal in everyday.

whats the best for body/fat recomposition? I don't have a high appetite or food noise, I am just shaped disproportionately (skinny legs and hands, fat on my back,arms, stomach and thighs).

With Reta it feels more like a normal life( what I imagine is how ‘others’ live) just enough suppression not to think about food all the time, but I can eat normal portions. Now it seems I can finally eat whatever I want.

I think about food for sure but after I begin eating, I’m almost immediately turned off. It’s weird but I like it. I don’t go back for seconds & I eat just enough to be satisfied.
