I have a laundry. My staff have never seen even one of my customers. My customers never interact with my staff. Ask how I do it. All the Money come to the business account directly. They never see clients. They think it's juju 🤣They just see clothes to wash and Iron. Business owners think everyone is innocent. Don't trust even your family. My staffs are happy, working and so relaxed… Some business people are greedy and also nonchalant about their business…. Set boundaries and pay ur staffs enough if u are paying enough and also teach ur staffs how to have their own customers too…. When u give them some ownership benefits, they will do better for the company than stealing….. And if u are not making enough from ur company, do it urself or better work with few staffs u can pay well…. Me I Dey enjoy my staffs and I am enjoying my business and I check mate everything that happens in my shops even if I am not there… Nigeria non easy oooo…. U can’t be paying peanuts and expect dem to deliver 💯 for u…

After they will complain of unemployment and insult their leaders of corruption. That was how the saloon i opened was run down by my worker and after stealing from me she opened her own saloon from my shop and left me. But after she left and started her own , thank God that judgment found her the saloon was crushed by the FCDA for illegal structure and she lost everything and she later came back apologize. Be careful with workers.
