I love how we make up our own little routines for good sleep. I have always done a bedtime routine myself, and then passed that on to my kids. My daughters are 12&8- They both have one of these already. Mama doesn’t play about her sleep- they adopted the need for a lavender spray next to the bed at a young age 😭😂 we all love our sleep lol. my youngest will ask “do I have time to nap?” On the way every where we go 😂 I can’t wait to show them that we are all just cute fun ladies who want to feel well rested!
