But the more I learned about child development, and nervous system regulation, the clearer it was. 🏁 Toddlers who often… + Have big tantrums + hit a lot + throw toys + Push or crash into you + meltdown over the smallest things 👉🏼 aren’t misbehaving. Their body is simply dysregulated. And until we give them a safe way to regulate their body, they will keep doing things that look like *bad behavior.* When I started introducing games and activities that regulated my little kids, the bad behavior cut in half almost overnight. 🌶👏🏻 I put them all into my Calm Down Framework for you to use also!
