We don't do sobriety testing in Australia, breathalyser and drug testing and then you're done. 😏 When nervous/anxious the sobriety test can be compromised in my opinion.

I have video proof of this happening to after I told the officer that I don’t drink and I don’t smoke anything so I’m not under any kind of influence. I just came from the gym. I had my 14 year-old little sister in the car with me made me get out my car tested me then gave me the breathalyzer once I passed and I wasn’t under the influence of anything. I asked him I said so why did you give me a breathalyzer? Why do you pull me over and he said I smelled fruity
