I made a purchase for $18.98, but the company charged my card for both $18.98 and an additional $108 that I did not authorize. I canceled the order immediately after noticing the charge. Despite the cancellation, the company has placed a hold on my refund and states that it will take up to 10 days to process. I have been unable to contact the company directly, and TikTok has not provided adequate assistance in resolving this issue.
