This is ironically the campaign where canonically their healer (Cleric) was literally not there half the campaign.

Honestly I think the "they die all the time" criticism in general is overblown. As of season five there have only been three main characters to die and get brought back and in all three cases it's not something that just happens. Vex came back as part of a deal Vax made with the Matron of Ravens. Percy was only able to be brought back because his soul is trapped within the gun so they're able to pull him out. And as for Grog, The Whispered One's whole thing is that he wants to cure death. He's trying to become a God and his powers let him do resurrections. And I'm not including Vax because he doesn't really get resurrected. He gets brought back as a revenant and will return to The Matron when the fight is done. In a world where resurrection magic is a real thing that's honestly not that much especially when compared to the original campaign where they died all the time

what i loved is thay despite this every individual characters seemed to have special relationships with each event of revivification. VM remains my fave campaign SOLELY through how character-centric it is, while not getting bogged down by it like m9 can at times [*ahem* pirate arc *ahem*]
