I know that feeling, it's so hard at times, one thing I know is that we are never alone, the days I felt like I am doing better it hits again, the reality of my new reality if that makes sense, you think differently, you move differently, same thoughts daily for months to a year plus and still going, but my faith kept rescuing me, scripture kept me going, worship kept me going up until this very moment.
