Recipe inspired by a dish by @Kylie Sakaida Disability-Friendly White Bean Shakshuka 1 tbs olive oil 1 15 oz can of white beans, drained 1 8-oz can tomato sauce 2 cups bell peppers & onions, defrosted 2 tsp dehydrated minced garlic 1- 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp smoked paprika 
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder 
1 pint grape tomatoes 1 tbs olive oil Toppings: 3 eggs, room temperature Feta crumbles Cilantro leaves Parsley leaves Crusty bread Layer all ingredients, except for toppings, in a pan in the order listed. Cook in a preheated air fryer at 360 for 10-13. Make divot in the shakshuka and put cracked eggs in the divot. Air fry for 2-5 more minutes, depending on desired doneness of the eggs. Finish with feta, cilantro, and parsley. Serve with crusty bread. #disability #Recipe #shakshuka
