A 78 year old Florida landlord has been arrested after police say he attacked his tenant with a machete during an argument over taking out the trash. Investigators allege Victor Rodriguez-Polledo left the confrontation, returned armed with the weapon, and seriously injured the tenant. Another person who stepped in to help was also reportedly cut during the incident. Police recovered a blood-covered machete at the scene, and Rodriguez-Polledo now faces aggravated battery with a deadly weapon charges.
