I hate when it gets over poured. If I want to taste liquor I’ll order a shot. If I order a mixed drink it’s because I want to taste the mixer. I drink to enjoy the drink not to get drunk

I used to over pour constantly, my manager had a meeting with all the bartenders and did a pour test, turns out I was just counting really slow lol 😂 the manager had a good laugh, I genuinely thought you were supposed to count like 1 Mississippi 2 Mississippi etc.
