I am 62, recently divorced and I went to a casino 1 week ago, sitting at the bar, met 2 men, hung out for hours, exchanged #'s, immediately both, texting and calling, Saturday went out with 1 of them and entire 24 hour date, was fun,great etc this coming weekend meeting up with guy#2 have an entire weekend date, attending an event, it's simple meet in a place instead of an app, it worked for me LOVE this new dating after 14 years of marriage

Gen X here…. Gen X is all f’d up. Found a nice guy on fb dating. We accept our childhoods sucked. We are both traumatized in our own way. He makes me laugh but not perfect. Neither am I. Just take it slow. Be forgiving.

I call it the stepping stone effect. Been there. To where you’re chatting it up and all is going well. Problem being is that person chatting up with others as well. You think all is well but that other person is stepping on to the next because there’s something there that got his/her better attention. It’s a a risk online. Just don’t put all your eggs in one basket and think this person is giving you their full attention. Take your time and be alert to flags. Especially if you’re new to this.
