Definitely blaming the second train driver - now yes the signals above should’ve been red to alert that the track ahead is blocked but come on, on a straight track you’d see the train in front of you getting closer…surely you’d think something ain’t right I shouldn’t be this close to another train - I know I should slow down, No let’s go up the back of it and see what happens instead

I’d assume there was a red light or AWS of some sort but driver most likely ignored it and when the train SPAD it didn’t have enough stoppage area to stop fully before colliding with the train in front
