As a binge eater of the last 5 years i jumped from 105lb to 190 in those 5 years as a girl who’s 5’1 I took .5 on Reta and I’m down 10lb in the first week. I still have the cravings I order a fuck ton of food and then when it arrives I can only eat a little bit before I’m full. I put the rest in the fridge and usually one “binge” order can last me 3-4 days it’s saved me a ton of money lol
