I work in perfume & this lady asked me if we sell ‘koi’ so I asked her to repeat it and she said ‘kloy’ and I told her I’d never heard of that & she laughed in my face like I was stupid. She wanted Chloe perfume & was just Scottish but didn’t speak with a Scottish accent until that point?? 😭
